**Job Overview**:
As the Site Superintendent, you will lead and manage teams on various projects, ensuring the successful execution of all field activities. You will be an experienced Level 3 (L3) IRATA technician with proven leadership capabilities and a solid background in the construction industry. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing day-to-day operations while prioritizing safety and efficiency. You’ll also be a key representative of our company, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the highest standards of performance on every project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead field activities, managing crews to ensure work is completed to the highest standard. Support teams by assisting with physical tasks when necessary to maintain project momentum and safety.
- Implement project plans, overseeing daily operations to align with the Operations Manager’s schedules and timelines. Ensure the completion and availability of all required safety documents on site.
- Track daily labor hours, vehicle/equipment usage, and material consumption. Submit daily reports, such as LEMs, to the Operations Manager. Review and approve crew timesheets for accuracy.
- Conduct site walk-throughs with client representatives to close out projects. Maintain open communication with clients, identifying and securing additional work opportunities within ongoing projects.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to pre-plan projects, ensuring timely and efficient mobilization. Collaborate with Planners and Operations to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Oversee rope access teams, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Provide leadership in training, mentoring, and conflict resolution. Supervise and support new trainees.
- Lead daily safety meetings and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. Complete all required safety documentation and proactively address potential safety hazards.
- Ensure proper management and usage of equipment on site. Oversee subcontractors, ensuring they comply with company standards and policies.
- Uphold and promote the company’s core values, leading by example in every aspect of the role.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 3 IRATA Certification
- OFA Level 1 Certification (minimum)
- Red Seal Certification (an asset)
- Construction certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, HILTI, SSI)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- IRATA Level 3 Certificate (preferred)
- Certificate in any trades (preferred)
