**Join Our Team as a Strategic Finance Leader**

At Irving Consumer Products, we’re looking for a dynamic finance professional to take a leadership role in shaping our financial strategy. In this high-impact position, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, champion data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive business performance.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead and Influence**: Spearhead monthly financial forecast presentations to senior leadership, delivering clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- **Drive Financial Planning**: Own and enhance the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes by challenging assumptions, aligning departmental goals, and ensuring financial rigor.
- **Collaborate Across Functions**: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to support gross margin forecasting, pricing strategies, and business case development.
- **Deliver Insightful Analytics**: Provide deep financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion, operational efficiencies, investment alternatives, and customer profitability.
- **Enhance Reporting Capabilities**: Continuously improve financial reporting tools and dashboards to enable faster, smarter decision-making across the organization.

- Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset
- Education Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
