**Position Summary**
The Technical Manager will provide expert technical assistance to customers, contractors, and internal teams, focusing on troubleshooting equipment issues and delivering technical training. This role ensures timely problem resolution, clear communication, and proactive customer education to enhance product reliability and user confidence.

**Key Responsibilities1. Troubleshooting**
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC equipment, controls, and installation.
- Guide contractors and service partners through systematic fault-finding processes.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams for escalated cases.
- Document cases, root causes, and corrective actions in the service log.

**2. Training**
- Develop and deliver training sessions (in-person and online) for contractors, service partners, and internal staff.
- Create clear, bilingual (EN/FR) technical guides, troubleshooting flowcharts, and how-to videos.
- Update training materials to reflect new products, technologies, and service procedures.
- Conduct onboarding training for new service partners.
- Assess trainees’ knowledge retention through quizzes, practical tests, and feedback forms.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or certificate in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical support or service experience in HVAC or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and controls.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally for onsite support and training.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.

Pay: $42,575.83-$93,655.32 per year
