Duff’s Famous Wings is seeking a hardworking individual for the position of **Restaurant Manager.**

This position is for our 9360 Bathurst Street location.

Duff’s Famous Wings is a family owned restaurant with 3 GTA locations focused on fresh never frozen chicken wings. Our menu focuses on quality food while our dining rooms provided a casual family friendly dining experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage staff, providing them with constructive feedback while maintaining a high level of employee morale; create an engaging and energetic environment where all associates work as a highly functioning tea
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to ensure guest recovery
- Responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives
- Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities.
- Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; uphold professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make decisions on matters of importance to guest service
- Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics; Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Reporting to the General Manager

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management and food service operations
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and customer service
- Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Pixel Point POS
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Background in food handling and preparation, with knowledge of cooking techniques
- Experience in interviewing and training staff, along with kitchen and barista experience

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
