**POSITION**:
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join the Brivia Group's Property Management team as a **Handyman** **/ Handywoman**.

The **focus** of this position is to help deliver a **rich and engaging experience** for our tenant and owner clients and to ensure that properties meet the **highest expectations** by performing the following tasks:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and take care of all types of **maintenance requests**;
- **General maintenance and repair work**:

- Plastering, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, appliance cleaning, etc.;
- ** Repair and preparation** of units and spaces before, during and after rental;
- ** Interior finishing**:

- Moulding, framing, kitchen countertops, ceramics, closet shelves and poles, doors and hardware, locksmith work, etc.;
- Assist with **after-hours emergencies**;
- Ensure **safety and comfort** during work;
- ** Note** any **issues** and report them to the Property Manager;
- Any other related tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- ** DVS** in general building maintenance (an asset);
- Minimum **two (2) years experience** in a similar position;
- Possess a **valid driver's license** and your **own car**;
- Possess your own **basic tools**;
- Good **communication skills** in English and French;
- Sense of **priority and urgency**;
- ** Detail** oriented;
- ** Organized**, autonomous, **flexible**, and multi-tasker;
- ** Customer service** oriented.
