Concierge-live In

**MY Realty** offers a wide range of multi-unit property management services. It is currently looking for live-in concierges or concierge couples for some of its buildings located in Montreal.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Work closely with on-site management team to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
- Clean, maintain and prepare apartments for rental/showing
- Show vacant units
- Snow removal, mow lawn and maintain grounds
- Keep hallways, laundry, entrance and exterior of property clean
- Sweep, mop and vacuum weekly
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings monthly or as needed
- Keep area clean for trash and recycling on appropriate collection days
- Respond to all service and maintenance calls from tenants.
- Minor electricity, and plumbing repairs

**Required qualifications**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience as residential building concierge.**
- Must have own tools and a car.
- Some experience as a handyman in the past.
- Autonomous and reliable.

**Working conditions**

Full time or Position
- Availability for emergencies outside of normal working hours.
- We offer a 4½ apartment with salary and commissions on new signed leases.
- Competitive salary.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
