**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all Sanitation duties and functions assigned by the sanitation lead hand and Sanitation Manager
- Use or wear the required equipment, protective devices, and clothing
- Following the SOP set out, clean, wash and sanitize equipment
- Following the sanitation control program, responsible for the wash-up and sanitizing of all equipment, tools, walls, structures, utensils, floors, and all other areas of Aspire Bakeries
- Maintain good housekeeping practices at all times
- Complete all pre-operational sheets that are required, sign all Sanitation master cleaning schedules and assist fellow employees where needed
- Once the equipment is washed and sanitized, move the equipment back to its location
- Perform and complete other assigned duties handed out by the Lead hand, Supervisor, or Manager
- Inform the lead hand and manager of equipment deficiencies observed during disassembly or cleaning
- Work in compliance with the Aspire Bakeries Health & Safety Policies
- Perform and complete other assigned duties as assigned by Sanitation Manager

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math skills
- Ability to work in a wide range of environmental conditions from cool to warm and wet to dry
- Previous industrial/manufacturing plant sanitation experience is considered an asset
- Has knowledge of the structure and function of production equipment
- Meet audit, customer, and regulatory requirements for cleaning
