**Responsibilities**:
**Here is a preview of your day-to-day**:

- Assign numbers and categorize new projects;
- Create folders with documentation on different platforms (cloud / server);
- Prepare site book, plans and any necessary documents;
- Coordinate projects in the FDT system and Tom’s planner;
- Assist the health and safety department in their day-to-day activities;
- Create and track the POs when requested;
- Assist the project manager in all their needs before and during the construction site;
- Ensure follow-up project with clients on a weekly basis;
- Ensure follow-up of customer POs;
- Prepare close out packages according to the specifications of each client (tests, pictures, reports);
- Follow and update projects status;
- Receive and distribute deficiency reports;
- Prepare final reports to be sent to clients;
- All other related tasks.

Qualifications:
**A summary of the skills required to be successful in this position**:

- Have an excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Adobe Acrobat;
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Have a strong ability to manage priorities;
- Have a good understanding of accounting processes;
- Have a very strong sense of organization;
- Enjoy teamwork and collaboration;
- Have good knowledge of the telecommunications or construction industry, an asset;
- Have good knowledge of interpreting engineering plans and drawing, an asset;
- Be Bilingual (French-English), an asset.
