Training Administrator

As a STAS Training Administrator for the Maritime & Atlantic regions, your responsibility is to ensure required completion and maintenance of all training-in accordance with the National Training & Certification Program (NTCP) and the Recurrent Learning Program (RLP). You will also be responsible for related reporting and recording upon request. STAS Training Administrator will report directly to the STAS Senior Training Manager.
**PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensure certification updates are completed in Training & Scheduling software.
- Plan and schedule Pre-Certification Training, Basics, LAB, and On the Job Training.
- Plan and schedule advanced certifications Training.
- Plan and schedule Return to Work training.
- Update Medical/Clearance information in the Training & Scheduling software.
- Update and ensure accuracy in the Training & Scheduling software (Terminations and on-loan agents).
- Daily follow up with Training Managers
- Any other related tasks upon reques

**Additional Requirements: Applicant must**:
- Be willing to undergo extensive security & reference checks
- Be 18 years of age
- Be legally entitled to work within Canada
- College diploma or equivalent and/or have a background in a training/ mentorship role
