**Job Summary**

**Every day is different, but you'll mostly be**:

- Cleaning, Repairing, replacing and refurbishing items and equipment throughout the hotel
- Taking responsibility for the safety, condition and cleanliness of areas inside and outside of the hotel
- Following the preventative maintenance calendar and looking for new ways to improve our guests' experiences
- Assisting with housekeeping when and as needed

**What We Need From You**
- You'll have at least one year of maintenance, janitorial or repair work under your belt
- A high school diploma or related vocational training
- On top of building equipment and hand tools, you'll have a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrics and preventative maintenance procedures
- CPO certification - a Certified Pool Operator license would be ideal
- A reasonable level of fitness - you'll be on your feet most of the day, and will need to bend and kneel a lot
- Great communication skills, you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to and work well within a team

Part time to full time, flexible hours - sorry but we cannot assist with work permits, you MUST be eligible to work in Canada. $24-$27 per hour DOE

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
