We’re much like an apartment complex, with more than 79 little homes and in many ways, you are the EMT of our property, Emergency Maintenance Technician, that is. With a working knowledge of our buildings, equipment, standing machinery, vehicles and mechanical systems, you systematically and confidently address preventative maintenance, daily protocols, unexpected issues and new projects. But that’s not all, you’re a pure pleasure to be around, and our guests notice

As independent as you are, your managers are there for you, ensure that you have the right tools to do the job and provide laughter, support and surprises to brighten your week. You have the opportunity to influence the ways we can be a greener, smarter and in touch with what matters to guests and our team.

You bring with you a valid BC Driver’s Licence, bench strength to perform heavy lifting and to walk the property and climb stairs. All the better if you enjoy painting and have a pool operator certification certificate.

While the compensation package has recently been updated and is quite pleasing, you feel like being at home in our workplace is priceless.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
