**About the Role**
As a strategic partner to business leaders, the **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. This individual will support multiple sites and departments, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders while driving performance, engagement and organizational growth in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that drive performance, compliance, and engagement.
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Lead initiatives focused on retention, diversity, inclusion, and employee experience.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation programs.
- Collaborate on organizational change, leadership development and succession planning.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
- Experience managing HR responsibilities across multiple sites or business units.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of building trusted partnerships.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%; bilingual in Spanish is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
