**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounting
- Credit card reconciliations
- Managing utilities
- Receiving vendors’ invoices and matching with purchase orders (PO’s)
- Creating invoices
- Prepare bank deposits
- Provide backup for payroll
- Bookkeeping tasks for related corporation
- Special projects on a as needed basis
- Assisting with maintaining computer and paper files by scanning and saving invoices and supporting documents
- Assisting with audit support as necessary

Purchasing
- Researching vendors and obtaining quotes
- Data analysis regarding quotes and vendor quality, cost, timeliness of delivery
- Creating purchase orders
- Handling repetitive PO creation

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Exhibit high level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Proficient with Excel and Outlook
- Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
- Able to multi-task
- Willingness to learn new software
- Accounting Education - diploma or degree
- 3-5 years experience preferred
- Experience with Co-Construct or other construction software is an asset
- Purchasing certification/experience preferred

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
