Are you an individual brimming with energy, drive, and a passion for serving others? Look no further We're on the hunt for a vibrant individual to fill the full-time role of Team Sales Customer Service Specialist in our dynamic Team Sales Department.

**About Us**:
At Al Anderson's Source for Sports, we're all about teamwork and providing top-notch service to our customers. We're currently seeking a full-time, permanent Team Sales Customer Service Specialist to join our squad. No prior experience in our industry? No worries - bring some great customer service skills and experience and we'll provide you with all the training you need to succeed

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers with a smile as they enter our Team Sales department, helping them with order pickups, payments, and scheduling appointments with our sales associates.
- **Phone Support**: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, answering incoming calls and assisting customers with online order questions and team-specific inquiries.
- **Website Help**: Assist in keeping our various websites running smoothly, guiding customers through our online order platforms with ease.
- **Sample Room Organization**: Keep our Team Sales showroom looking sharp and our sample lending library up to date and organized for easy access.
- **Team Assistance**: Pitch in wherever needed to support our Team Sales department with office tasks and customer-related duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience would be awesome but for sure bring your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic with a passion for serving others.
- Quick learner and motivated problem solver.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Love for sports is a definite plus
- Self-driven with a knack for staying organized.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm.

Some Thursday Evenings and Weekends when necessary.

**Starting Wage**: $18-$20/hour (depending on experience)
