Operations/production Assistant

metroSTOR Inc is leader in trash and recycling enclosures with a North American base of operations in Winnipeg, MB. Founded in the UK and still family owned, we are rapidly expanding in the North American market servicing customers from coast to coast.
**Duties**:
- Assemble, repair or modify products using hand tools
- Package completed products, including building crates for products as needed
- Shipping and receiving, including arranging/coordinating shipments
- Maintain a production schedule/forecast and inventory records
- From time-to-time, may travel to assist with installs in various locations throughout North America
**About you**:
- A passion for ensuring completeness and excellence in all aspects of the project
- A committed team player and self-motivated to operate remotely.
- Flexible approach to work required with the ability to communicate with others well and effectively plan the day
- Attention to detail, orderliness and a sense of craftsmanship
- Able to travel to the US and around Canada when required (have a passport)
- Based near Winnipeg, MB
- Personal integrity and loyalty that aligns with metroSTOR Inc’s core values
- Well presented, confident and professional towards clients and colleagues
**What we Offer**:
- Competitive pay - starting salary of $45,000 - $60,000
- Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation
- Training, both as necessary for the role and support for learning beyond
