**Accounting and Office Clerk**
We are an international forest products trading company. Centrally located in Richmond. We are currently seeking an accounting and office clerk to be part of growing and friendly working environment. The ideal person will be responsible for prepare financial reports required by head office in China. Meanwhile, assist senior accountant to process ordinary accounting activities.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Full cycle accounting, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, and reconciliations
- Updating and maintaining relevant spreadsheets and database
- Ensure the monthly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and report Financial Reports to overseas head office
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communicating and people skills
- General office admin duties
- Responsibilities not limited to above
**Qualifications**:
- Accounting and office management experience
- Excellent computer skills (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (mandatory)
- Experience in the Trading Industry preferred
- Team player, deadline and detail-oriented, hardworking, positive attitude, highly motivated and energetic
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and handle ad-hoc requests
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills
Employment type: Part-time
**Compensation**: Salary based on qualifications and experience.
