With its commitment to supplying the highest quality and sustainably harvested seafood, Clear Ocean Seafood Ltd. has quickly grown to position itself as a trusted and consistent supplier to its customers. Currently we are seeking an Office & Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is a part-time permanent position, and will require strong high accuracy, and organizational skills.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable process
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to billing and payments.
- Proofread financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Follow up, track & report on accounts receivable collection to ensures timely collection and payment of all accounts receivable

Assist in periodic physical inventory checking, and cost accounting
- Oder office supplies and maintain stock
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant education and experience required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Communicate effectively in English and Chinese
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Quick learner, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- IT related experience or education (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time position (approximate 20 hours per week)

Pay: $22~$25/ hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
