The Innovative Learning team is essential in helping faculty cultivate the skills and attributes that define a polytechnic education.

**Education**
- Three-year diploma or degree in Front-End Web Development, Computer Programming, or a related discipline.
- Further education and credentials in AODA, WCAG, and other accessibility requirements, relevant programming languages, and processes including HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors (Sass preferred), JavaScript, jQuery, responsive web design (including responsive frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation), implementing APIs, CMS (WordPress, Drupal), version control (e.g., Git). Significant experience with the LMS is preferred.

**Experience/Skills**
- Five years in a professional development environment with current knowledge of database development and maintenance, API integration, and industry-standard learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Applied experience with Articulate Rise, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, jQuery UI, WordPress, Drupal, Bootstrap, Foundations, PHP, SQL, MySQL, and various Adobe tools.
- Some exposure to Articulate Storyline and familiarity working with Figma files.
- Familiarity with Mac and Windows platforms and good awareness of reliable digital learning asset creation resources currently in use inside and outside the institution.
