Condominium Property Manager

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Ensure the standards of Boards and owners are met by developing positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Attend Board meetings as dictated by the management agreement
- Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Assist in negotiating service contracts and sourcing vendors/contractors
- Oversee work performed at condominiums under management
- Assist with accounting duties such as monthly and annual reporting, including budgeting duties. Review invoices for accuracy and payment processing.
- Perform property inspections and create monthly management reports for Board
**Qualifications**
- **Active RECA Condominium Manager license required**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the condominium management industry
- Valid Alberta's Driver's License and reliable vehicle;
- Working knowledge of Yardi preferred;
- Competency of Microsoft Office products is required;
- Strong written and oral communication;
- Detail-oriented;
- Management of competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
