RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Write up work orders for all sales and service transactions and present to the Technicians.
- Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
- Invoice all product and service sales once complete and process payment immediately.
- Handle sales and service at the front counter and on the telephone, with a strong focus on facilitating the best possible customer service.
- Monitor all service activities to ensure work is completed in completed in a timely manner.
- Schedules service appointments.
- Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on the repair order.
- Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Obtains customer signatures on repair order; provides the customer with a copy, including an estimate.
- Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
- Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization are noted.
- Explains completed work and all charges to customers.
- Professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- Maintain cleanliness of office.
- Keep record lists up to date.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
