**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, highly organized person to join our team This position requires the ability to fluidly move from task to task, take initiative to analize needs and concerns then suggest solutions, learn on the go, follow-up on work in progress, provide assistance to others as needed and grow into a team oriented leadership position. Computer literacy and ability to use a variety of software is a must as well as face to face and electronic communications with customers, suppliers and our own staff members.
**Duties**
- Participate in project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as construction administration software as well as suppliers and municipal required software.
- Monitor project progress and performance, reporting requirements and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate and enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Participate with project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Manage budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and resource allocation.
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
- Visit building sites, suppliers and other facilities in the area as needed.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management roles with a strong understanding of principles.
- Familiarity with data collection techniques and analysis tools.
- Experience using Co-Construct for resource management is a plus.
- Strong skills in budgeting and effective communication are essential.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on project goals.
