**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Responding to social media comments
- Establish a solid professional relationship with customers.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain customer account database with accurate and confidential record keeping.

**Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in an office setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Ability to multitask, take direction and adapt to a fast paced environment.
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
