Come join our team at Mattdaniels Limited. We are a successful construction and service company providing support and special services to multiple high rise and low rise builders throughout the GTA.

We are currently looking for a **Customer Care Coordinator**

**What will you be doing?**
- Coordinate and conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections on newly built homes.
- Coordinate deficiency repairs on new homes and condo units.
- Communicate with homeowners ensuring a positive experience on their new home purchase.
- Manage deficiency completion and warranty submissions on database.
- Working with the Customer Care Coordinator, set monthly client meeting agendas and prepare monthly progress reports.

**Where will you work?**
- Multiple work sites across the GTA allow us to strategically position our team members for ease of commute.
- PDI Customer Care Specialist will be set up to work remotely on site, as well as have a base at our office.

**Do you qualify?**
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills and be able to work independently.
- General knowledge of Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines an asset.
- Builderlynx and Newstar software experience an asset.
- General computer functions, Outlook, Teams, Excel etc.
- Must possess a valid G drivers license and have a vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
