We are looking for a charismatic, energized team player to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist for our on-site optometrist You will work in a fast paced environment where exceptional customer service is not something we preach but practice daily. We are looking for someone who finds their greatest success in a satisfied customer. Ultimately, your responsibilities will include greeting people, coordinating administrative support and assisting the optometrist.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is an asset but not required

**Skills and Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Proven ability to multitask
- Proficient in the use of computers and payment processing
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn new required skills
- Confident in answering phone calls
- Comfortable receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
