The ideal **Patient Care Coordinator** for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

**SCHEDULE**:

- ** 38-40 hours per week**:

- Monday through Friday

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / dental receptionist
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or Dental Office Receptionist is considered an asset
- Dental Assisting experience is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service mindset
