Maintenance Manager

**Summary**
**Essential Functions**
- Repair of all equipment, machinery, electrical and power systems, and building systems to insure uninterrupted services and operations.
- Recommend and plan maintenance programs and work schedules to minimize equipment “down time.”
- Install and repair equipment, and train employees on how to maintain machinery and perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications.
- Responsible for managing the maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing and electrical servicing to the facility.
- Manage facility layout changes throughout the building, including setting up conveyors, racking, relocating machinery and equipment, etc.
- Assures that safety and security measures are established and implemented.
- Assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Required
**Qualifications**
- H.S. Diploma/GED, Preferred
- Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in Industrial Maintenance, Required
- Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in previous experience designing, implementing, and managing a preventative maintenance program., Required
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of schematics, battery maintenance, HVAC, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, D.C. Controllers, and A. C. Drives powered lift equipment., Required
- Should be familiar with and capable of adhering to Lockout / Tagout procedures, Preferred
- Knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures of equipment, Required
- Must be proficient at diagnosing repair needs and troubleshooting electrical circuitry and systems, Required
- Needs to have knowledge of forklift, order picker and reach truck repair, Required
- Rapist and Conveyor Knowledge a plus, Preferred
