**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR**
**Part-Time Position**
**Position Purpose**:
**The Operations Coordinator will support RESET by providing administrative support for the organization and for the program. This role will also support our organization to provide care for our properties and manage ongoing facility management, maintenance needs, and occasional renovation projects. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. It also calls for flexibility, excellent multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, and clients. The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality are essential attributes for the efficient and effective operation of the organization.**
**Founded in 1989, RESET Society of Calgary is an award-winning registered charity that provides a comprehensive, recovery-oriented program for women and girls as young as 16 seeking an exit from sexual exploitation. The EXploitation Intervention & Transition (EXIT) Program provides relationship-based, individualized programs that include supported housing, a recovery-oriented life-skills classroom, educational support, employment training, work experience, and community support.**

**REPORTS TO: Executive Director**
**Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Team Coordination/Support**
- **Perform office management duties as needed: provide light IT training and troubleshooting as needed and maintain office supplies.**:
- **Create a welcoming environment, answer phones, and direct inquiries.**:
- **Support co-workers with tasks such as mail, ordering supplies, photocopying, etc**:
- **Other administrative and reception duties as requested.**
- **Review, organize and prioritize incoming maintenance request orders**:
- **Scheduling the required work to be done either in-house or through the utilization of contractors**:
- **Obtain vendor quotes for products and services as needed**:
- **Monitors the condition of the residential facilities and requests repairs/maintenance as needed**:
- **Conduct routine property inspections (including common areas, building amenities, and tenant suites), initiating repairs and/or corrective measures utilizing maintenance volunteers and contractors.**:
- **Maintain asset management schedule for planning and coordination of replacements needed**
- **Ensure emergency response policies are communicated and in place in all residences**
- **Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation**:
- **Discuss the completion status of maintenance request orders weekly with Executive Director**:
- **Prepare month-end reporting for Board Reports if needed**:
- **Perform maintenance supplies inventory management**:
- **Assist with seasonal work orders (e.g. painting houses, snow removal in winter, etc.)**:
- **Perform other projects and duties as assigned or required by the Executive Director.**
**Resource Development Support**
- **Creatively and analytically identifies strategic funding, sponsorship and support opportunities.**:
- **Prepares written/data progress reports and other communication materials for all stakeholders**:
- **Maintenance of comprehensive reporting/funding database.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Post-Secondary Education is an asset**:
- **Valid Class 5 driver’s license**:
- **Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills**:
- **Security clearance and Vulnerable Person check required upon offer of employment**:
- **Excellent organizational and time management skills**:
- **Maintain confidentiality of Participant information**:
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders**:
- **Excellent project management and organizational skills**
- **Strong computer software skills including Microsoft Office**
- **Strong administrative, planning and reporting skills**
- **Ability to be a strong team player as well as work independently**
- **Strong oral and written communication skills are essential**
- **Strong level of professionalism and maturity
