**Job Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless experience for clients seeking automotive repair and maintenance services. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services recommended, including necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate estimates.
- Assist in upselling additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and cash handling transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Skills**
- Previous dealership experience is highly desirable.
- Mechanic experience or a strong mechanical knowledge base is essential for effective communication with both customers and technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
- Proven sales abilities, particularly in upselling automotive services or products.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology to provide informed recommendations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
