440 Ford Lincoln Laval, a dealership recognized for its excellence in customer service, is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls while ensuring thorough and personalized follow-ups, playing a crucial role in our client’s satisfaction.
**Your Role**:
You will manage customer interactions while occasionally assisting at the reception to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Customer Experience Management**:
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, communicating effectively with customers.
Contact clients nearing the end of their lease, update their files, and schedule renewal or purchase appointments.
Update customer information and document each interaction for thorough follow-up.
Conduct satisfaction calls to enhance sales opportunities and ensure lasting customer relationships.
Manage complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure swift resolutions.
**Reception Support**:
Update administrative files for vehicles in stock.

**Profile Required**:
Comfortable managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
Proactive, diligent, and customer-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
Quick learner with initiative and good autonomy.
Bilingual (French and English).
Experience in a call center is an asset.
Experience in an automotive dealership is a plus.
