**Job Summary**

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team performance, and maintaining high operational standards within our establishment.

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry or hotel management.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
