Sales Manager

**Overview**
This role focuses on **door-to-door sales of smart home security systems and permanent outdoor lighting solutions**, making it ideal for someone excited about helping customers enhance safety, convenience, and curb appeal.
**Duties**
- Recruit, hire, and train door-to-door sales representatives.
- Facilitate daily training meetings to coach and motivate team members.
- Manage and assign sales territories effectively.
- Conduct door-to-door sales of **smart home security systems and lighting**.
- Support the team by generating leads and assisting in closing sales.
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Submit and oversee accurate completion of sales contracts.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to installation and service teams.
- Stay current with product knowledge, pricing, and contract terms.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance team outreach and promotions.
- Travel outside the city or province as needed.
- Work extended hours when required to meet performance targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
- Experience using CRM tools like Tradify for tracking team and client activity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to work long hours and travel when needed.
- Criminal record check required.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
