**_Responsibilities:_**
- Form and mould precast concrete walls, plates, stairs and other products
- Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions
- Interpret blueprints and cut lists to setup custom concrete products
- Place and finish concrete, setting various forms with materials such as wood, concrete, and steel
- Trowel, wipe, and clean finished products to approved standards
- Utilize various hand and power tools
- Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
- Carpentry when building products
- Clean, sweep, and shovel concrete, including cleaning an industrial size concrete mixer
- Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications
- Meet or exceed the daily schedule
**_Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience_**
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Experience working with precast concrete (considered an asset)
- Basic hand and power tool experience (asset)
- Experience interpreting blueprints (specifically precast blueprints)
- Certifications in Forklift and Overhead Crane an asset
- Strong work ethic
- Punctual
- Able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Able to trouble shoot and persevere through tasks
