We are looking for an Office Assistant extraordinaire This position is to assist in the Daily duties of our Accounting and Dispatching Departments. This is a Full
- Time opportunity with room to grow.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting with Accounts payable / Accounts Receivable.
- Working with AR Collections and Customers.
- Managing Confidential and sensitive information.
- Database management as it pertains to our company software.
- Maintenance of Secure Record keeping, producing accurate in-house reports specific to purchases and sales.
- Customer Service, Reception and Dispatch Calls.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Any experience working within Accounting or Dispatching an Asset.
- Basic knowledge of Sage 50 is preferred, will gladly train a ready and willing applicant who is eager to learn.
- Problem solving and strong communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and be flexible to adapt to changes. Good organizational skills and good interpersonal skills to add to our positive team and work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
