**Role**:
The Finance Clerk is responsible for various duties including completing the daily bank deposit; managing the on-site order pick up process (Will Call); receptionist coverage; and managing a portfolio of finance administrative tasks to support objectives of the department.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Scans customer invoices and receiving packages.
- Ensure all expense invoices are coded and processed timely
- Preparation and process of debit notes and credit notes
- Preparation and process of vendor debit and repayment
- Responsible for resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices
- Research and resolve aged vendor AR/invoices and follow up
- Completes the daily deposit in a timely manner; reviews cheques for completeness and accuracy, verifies Cash on Delivery (COD) authorizations and communicates deficiencies to the Credit department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 Years’ work experience in either a Warehouse, Customer Service or office environment
- Basic math and reading comprehension
- High School Diploma or GED required
- PC skills (MS Office, keyboarding, etc.)
