Retail Sales Associate - OriginalLuxury Inc.

**Location**: Mississauga, ON

**Job Type**: Full-Time (1-Year Contract with possibility of renewal)
**Compensation**: $50,000 annually + commission

**Role Overview**

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service tailored to a luxury environment
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Develop strong product knowledge across our luxury brand portfolio
- Assist clients with styling, sizing, and personalized recommendations
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clientele, including follow-ups and VIP service
- Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure the sales floor and stock areas are impeccably maintained
- Support visual merchandising standards and in-store displays
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and receiving shipments (ability to lift up to 20 kg boxes required)
- Create social media content with product description and brand storytelling

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion
- Strong sales and client-relationship skills
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury brands
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
