**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and promoting our products. You will engage with **retail customers and flooring contractors**, assist them in their purchasing decisions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- **Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.**:

- **Strong upselling techniques** to enhance customer purchases.
- **Experience in retail sales or technical sales is required.**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions,
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Experience**
- **Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in Flooring**:

- **Must be able to work on Saturdays.**:

- **Close sales effectively** while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Must be Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada**:

- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- **Experience in retail sales or technical sales is required.**:

- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- **Strong upselling techniques** to enhance customer purchases.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
