We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the right products to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits
- Conduct product demos to showcase the functionality of various items
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and company policies

**Experience**:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of technology products and sales is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Vintage sales: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
