**Responsibilities**:
As our **Front Desk Manager & Receptionist**, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while leading a team to deliver top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
**Managing Front Desk Operations** - Oversee daily reception activities, ensuring efficiency and organization.
**Patient Coordination** - Schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments, and maintain patient records.
**Team Leadership** - Supervise, train, and support front desk staff to uphold excellent service standards.
**Customer Service Excellence** - Greet and assist patients warmly, ensuring a **positive experience** at every visit.
**Problem-Solving** - Address patient inquiries, insurance issues, and administrative concerns proactively.
**Managing Data via Excel & Dental Software** - Keep patient records, appointment schedules, and financial transactions updated using **Excel and clinic software**.
**Accounts Receivable Follow-Up** - Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with patients and insurance providers, and ensure timely collections.
**Reporting & Communication** - Prepare and provide reports to the **Office Manager** on daily operations, financials, and team performance.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- **Experienced in Dental Reception & Front Desk Management** (preferred)
- **Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills**:
- **Proficient in Dental Software, Excel, & Scheduling Systems**:
- **Ability to Multi-Task & Stay Organized in a Fast-Paced Environment**:
- **Team-Oriented with a Positive Attitude**
