**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
- Coordinate meal preparation and cooking processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in food handling, preparation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Assist with serving food to customers, ensuring an excellent dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with management to develop menu items and improve service efficiency.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Proficient in cooking techniques and meal preparation methods.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
