**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise dining room staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring it meets health standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Micros POS is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in hotel or barista settings is a plus.
