**Position Summary**:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our valued customers and our high-performing service team. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience from intake to vehicle delivery — clearly communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs while upholding The Honda Way’s commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and determine their service needs through active listening and questioning
- Clearly explain vehicle issues, maintenance recommendations, and repair timelines
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates using CDK and Honda systems
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient workflow
- Follow up with customers regarding ongoing service status, approvals, and vehicle pick-up
- Promote additional services and maintenance packages as appropriate
- Ensure all warranty and recall work is properly documented and submitted
- Maintain high CSI scores by exceeding customer expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless dealership experience

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting (Honda experience an asset)
- Strong working knowledge of CDK or other dealership management systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record
