We are looking for a hands-on rock star sales manager who can help us really move the needle. Inspire and motive our team leading by example. **Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work directly with our sales representatives and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Assist with the planning, directing and evaluating the daily operations of the new and used car sales departments with our current management team
- You must have the ability to plan, organize, develop the sales programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
- Create, oversee and maintain systems and procedures regarding sales volumes, marketing ROI, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Be directly involved with customers and take a hands-on approach
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Be the team lead on our Vin Solutions CRM, and other follow-up systems, manage ionventory with VAuto, utilize our CarWars call tracking system
- Assist with the hiring, supervising, coaching and motivating sales staff
- Help manage all aspects of the sales department
- Utilize our CRM on a daily basis to monitor sales activity and drive sales results
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with sales team members and other departments.
- Lead the sales team through the communication of performance expectations, providing direct support as needed to sales staff through participation in sales calls or related activities, coaching sales staff to enhance their effectiveness, and holding them accountable for results.
- Implement promotions and/or special incentives as needed to drive desired business results
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and your team. We're here for the long haul, and you are too

**Qualifications and Skills**

FCA experience highly preferred/required
- At least 5 years of experience working in the automotive industry
- At least 3-year experience in an automotive sales management role with a proven track record of success
- At least 1 year working with a FCA store in a senior management capacity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to turn customer heat scores into positive customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Complete professionalism and integrity is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $150,000.00-$300,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- automotive sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Automotive senior management: 3 years (preferred)
- FCA/Stellantis OEM dealership: 2 years (preferred)
