Since 2014, Azalea Laser Clinic has been one of Montreal’s top laser clinics. Our cutting-edge Quanta lasers are still the first and only ones in Quebec. We are looking for a new receptionist to join our team.

Starting salary of $18/hour will be increased after the 3-month probation.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Scheduling/rescheduling appointments.
- Upholding our standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety as indicated by our policies and procedures.
- Greeting clients/answering phone calls.
- Fostering a positive attitude and contributing to a collaborative and high-quality work environment.
- Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring full client satisfaction.
- Daily light cleaning.
- Providing support across various operational areas as directed by management.
- Assist with the smooth running of our clinic.
- Generate and manage content for our Facebook and Instagram social media accounts.

**We are seeking an individual who**:

- Is bilingual in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Is highly punctual (timeliness is crucial).
- Demonstrates loyalty (someone who always prioritizes the clinic's best interests).
