**We Are Seeking an ESL Teacher**

We are in search of an ESL/IELTS teacher who is passionate about nurturing both Elementary and Secondary level students. This role is for educators who:

- Profess faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, with a vibrant and growing discipleship relationship.
- Are actively involved in a local church, with a clear understanding of the gospel and the ability to share it with children.
- Believe in the Bible as the standard for faith and daily life, fully aligning with the HIS Statement of Faith.
- Enjoy working with children and understand their developmental stages.
- Can effectively manage a classroom, accommodating diverse academic skills and learning abilities.
- Promote high levels of parental involvement and maintain regular communication.
- Are community-oriented and willing to participate in the school's life beyond the classroom.
- Are motivated by the challenges and rewards of a school start-up environment.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a B.Ed. is preferred but not essential.
- ESL /IELTS certification (TESL/TEFL/TESOL) or equivalent is highly recommended.
- Previous teaching experience, particularly in an ESL context, is highly valued.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to the dynamic environment of a school start-up.
- A cover letter detailing your interest in the position, your qualifications, and why you want to teach at HIS.
- A personal testimony of faith.
- A resume highlighting your educational background and teaching experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
