The education coordinator will participate in projects related to both elementary and high school kids.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement ESL educational materials, programs and initiatives
- Teach interactive ESL online lessons and access students' levels
- Coordinate and oversee educational activities and events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of educational goals with organizational objectives
- Conduct research to identify new educational trends and best practices
- Recruit, train, and supervise educational staff and volunteers
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis and feedback

**Qualitification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field and experience
- Proven experience in teaching in Canadian schools
- Strong research skills to stay updated on current educational trends
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of educators
- Strong administrative skills to handle program logistics and documentation

This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about education and has the ability to lead and coordinate various educational initiatives. The Education Coordinator will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to meet the needs of our organization. You may also need to teach online classes to set the teaching standard for other teachers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per month
