  • Manage the front desk by welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
  • Assist with office organization and maintenance
  • Support the team with administrative duties as needed
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
