**Responsibilities**
- Manage the front desk by welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
- Assist with office organization and maintenance
- Support the team with administrative duties as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
