**Job Title: Construction Administrator**
Dunncap Construction Management is a prominent construction management firm in the commercial, industrial, recreational and residential development and construction industry located in the thriving 4-seasons community of Collingwood and The Georgian Triangle.
We are seeking a permanent, full-time Construction Administrator, to become part of our team. We are seeking a professional, energetic, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual.
The role offers a significant level of variety from day-to-day and offers the opportunity to grow within the organization by taking on Construction Coordinator related tasks.
**Reporting to**: President
**This is a full-time, in-person role, and compensation includes a salary between $60,000 - 75,000 based on experience, along with extended healthcare benefits.**
**Location**:Collingwood, Ontario
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and book meeting schedules
- Coordinate new project site safety packages and information sheets
- Schedule and coordinate courier pick-ups and drop-offs for drawings, samples, and materials
- Maintain and update organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Perform some bookkeeping-related tasks
- Maintain clear communication with contractors, architects, and suppliers
- Perform data entry and record keeping as required
- Make edits/changes to legal agreements as instructed
- Pay bills online and via the mail
- Create construction schedules from time to time
- Create purchase orders
- Occasionally, make local pickups of items where required
- Misc. tasks such as booking portables or fencing for jobsites
- Assist with the procurement of construction materials
- Prepare financial draw packages for various construction projects
- Schedule inspections with city and utility companies
- Prepare documents as needed
- Create project completion document packages such as home warranty packages
- Assist with Tarion-related documentation
- Print permit drawings
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2-5 years in an administrative or coordinator role
- Tech-savvy with a high level of computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Construction industry experience is an asset
