Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service in an automotive or dealership setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is a plus
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, providing estimates, coordinating repairs, and handling payments. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians, as well as your knowledge of automotive repair processes, will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
