WSP i s currently seeking a “Global IT Service Excellence Specialist” to join the Global IT Department. Reporting to the Global IT Service Excellence manager, your role will be to govern operational task done by several partner on servers, storage and backup systems across the globe. Working with a team of IT specialists around the globe, you will be making decisions concerning infrastructure related challenges. In addition to these governing functions you will actively participate to Global project to integrate them in operation. To successfully deliver all these functions, you will work closely with regional service owners, project teams and other Global IT Teams across the world.

**A day in the life**:
As part of the Global Operational Governance team, the Global IT Service Excellence Specialist will work closely with our global supplier to oversee and govern the technical underpinnings of our global infrastructure and operations agreement. This role will also play a role with the Global Mergers and Acquisition team for the integration of all new infrastructure systems resulting from acquisitions or internal projects requiring amendments to the outsource service contract or internal landscape. In addition to these functions, this role will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible for the delivery of the compute services like servers, storage, backups and archiving
- Responsible for the delivery of the unified communications services like Teams, Active Directory, Identity Management and O365
- Responsible for the delivery of the Cloud services like IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Azure AD, M365
- Coordinate the effort toward research & evaluate on future technologies in each of the above areas
- Coordinate the effort toward project go-live and/or requests in these areas
- Coordinate the effort toward corporate audit, compliancy and certification process
- Coordinate the effort toward Business continuity process such as Disaster Recovery test
- Coordinate the effort in the implementation of these solutions
- Coordinate the effort in the transition of new services into production
- Ensure that we have the right technical responses on outages and major incidents
- Ensure that we are providing accurate capacity management
