WSP is currently seeking a “Global EUD Solutions Specialist” to join the Global IT Department, reporting to the Global Service Integration Manager. We are looking for a driven intermediate level specialist assist WSP by improving the computer end point management systems to improve user experience, reliability and support the “Work from Anywhere (WFA)” strategy.

**A day in life**:

- Work with M365 technology to evolve and transform WSP Workplace Experience (WX),
- Build, implement, maintain and provide L3 support for Intune Autopilot,
- Develop and support Autopilot, device enrollment and configuration profiles using Intune,
- Work with ADK, Boot Images, PXE and USB boot Image options,
- Troubleshoot OSD Task sequence and Intune Autopilot errors,
- Participate and support Modern Workplace Platform Modernization transformation projects,
- Participate in the management and resolution of major incidents involving Windows deployments,
- Participate in the definition, automation and continuous improvement of deployment processes and procedures,
- Develop and execute the required tests (performance, redundancy, recovery, etc.) when setting up new environments / deployments,
- Implementation of compliance strategies,
- Participate in Investigating, analyzing, and evaluating various alternatives and arriving at the best technology solution to solve specific business problems,

***What you'll bring to WSP...**:

- Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in Imaging / SCCM OSD / Autopilot
- Hands on experience in Intune Autopilot and provisioning process
- Understanding of ITIL / IT service Management
- Knowledge in scripting PowerShell
- Knowledge and relevant experience in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Intune
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
